Practical Labour Law Assignment free essay sample

The precedent-based law agreement of business would necessitate that the two gatherings included I. e. boss and representative finish up an understanding fair to or if nothing else addressing the requirements of (locatio conductio operarum/business legitimate). Thinking about the idea of the connection between Mrs. James and the school, it is hard to characterize who the worker and boss is, as the underlying understanding for the administrations offered by Mrs. James was made among her and the guardians. The school at last gets answerable for paying her pay dependent on a solicitation she made. No proper understanding is referenced with respect to this course of action for example, is the school charging her an organization/taking care of expense or is she exposed to legal conclusions like UIF as different instructors. Mrs. James was given the devices (I. e. two study halls) to show her administrations to the school and they specified states of her utilizing the schools offices (if she provided the kids with hardware and so forth). We will compose a custom article test on Functional Labor Law Assignment or then again any comparable theme explicitly for you Don't WasteYour Time Recruit WRITER Just 13.90/page Therefore it would appear as if an (area conduction operis ) or â€Å"provision of work† contract exists between the school and Mrs. James. This agreement sadly doesn't furnish her with professional stability or plan of action when confronting demonstrations of carelessness or wrong doing by the other party to the agreement. The control test demonstrates that Mrs. James pursued her own consideration community without answering to any of the staff individuals, indeed if at any time there was an announcing structure it would presumably be to the guardians of the kids she took care of. The overseeing body had no power over how she ran her classes either than the way that they specified that toys and hardware be given to the youngsters and obviously that the study halls be very much kept up. The overseeing body can specify the set of principles for different educators however without a doubt Mrs. James would not be exposed to this. Regarding the Organizational test, Mrs. James has been a piece of the school for a long time accepting a check from the school administering body like some other individual from the association and thus feeling to some degree engaged with the school. Anyway should the educators for example be associated with mechanical activity over compensations would Mrs. James as â€Å"part of the teachers’ organization† get included or advantage from pay increments? There was no proper agreement between the two however the school provides the study hall (capital resource) and pay her by means of check marked by the administering body. Somewhat they can fire her administrations yet not really through disciplinary techniques as would be the situation with their representatives. In the event that the school can not give anymore or decide to offer their offices to another person, most likely the agreement required between Mrs. James and the school, would be progressively an occupant/landowner understanding as opposed to a business/representative understanding. Who benefits from the arrangement of these administrations? The expenses paid by the guardians are entirely gotten by Mrs. James which causes it to appear as if she’s the only one benefitting from the administrations rendered yet seemingly the school in a roundabout way profits by this game plan. For example guardians of imminent younger students may consider the arrangement of after consideration offices to sweeten the deal even further when attempting to choose which school their little one ought to join in. Besides Mrs. James has the additional advantage of getting her grouped expenses on time with no danger of robbery and so on in an advantageous way at no additional charge to her. Educators utilized by the school acquiring a compensation in return for the administrations did at the matter of their manager are qualified for specific advantages. In the event that the school was her manager, at that point Mrs. James would’ve needed to comply with sensible guidelines from the school in regards to her work however it appears she maintained her business freely. The court should subsequently not rule in support of herself as she wasn’t a worker of the school and thus can't be saved. Globalization Commercialization of Caribbean Music free essay sample

He Is an individual from the International Association for the investigation of well known music ASSAM), a co-maker, a creator, a teacher and a publication board individual from the diary Popular Music Society, and so forth. Having made imaginative business music for TV and radio, he has likewise had Interviews with Influential craftsmen and makers extending from individuals from Public Enemy to prestigious record maker Nile Rodgers. His name is Mike Allen and he spends significant time in famous music look into, where his vocation accentuation Is on the Caribbean, and in light of this, there Is no explanation this respectable man with a PhD in English/Cultural Studies wouldnt have his ongoing work remembered for Popular Music History and World Music: Roots Routes entitled Globalization and commercialisms In Caribbean Music which will be basically checked on inside this essay.Firstly, The Levin Institute from The State college of New York (SONY) characterizes globalization as a proced ure of association and coordination among the individuals, organizations, and administrations of various countries, a procedure driven by worldwide exchange and Investment and helped by Information innovation and expounds that the procedure has consequences for nature, on culture, on political frameworks, on financial plush and success, and on human physical prosperity in social orders far and wide. In view of the last elaboration. E can additionally proceed to characterize centralization as offering an item in the market, modernizing it and have it begin making the BIG bills. For instance, its taking an unassuming community kid with singing capacities and transforming them Into a melodic Mega-Star with the correct craftsman and item advancement group. These two terms assumes an indispensable job in Allens article as they identify with Caribbean Music. Allen starts his article by communicating how the Identification of globalization by creating countries have demonstrated to introduce significant difficulties and stands as a danger to their proceeded existence. In respects to Caribbean famous music, he goes on the notice that a focal worry of most contorting the substance and portrayal of the nearby. Precisely what does mean? In the event that one ought to reason this announcement, it just comes down to how best to speak to your way of life in the global market without losing any embodiment whatsoever yet at the same time being appealing to the outside market. What's more, to concur with Allen, in the account business prehistoric eagerness have regularly been more about bringing in cash than speaking to culture. How then can nations from the Caribbean sensibly speak to their music without commercialisms debilitating their specialty to a point where it turns out to be just an item? To this date all things considered occasions, outlandish. The famous creator and teacher in his conversation endeavors to edify us on the chronicled and printed parts of Anglophone Caribbean music where he gives specific consideration to the reggae time and the promoting of the amazing Bob Marled and talks about enterprises and authenticity. He clarifies that the Caribbean and the exoticism that is related with it had endured a lot of being weakened by music organizations particularly the vivid type, for example, calypso. Where as opposed to promoting the class dependent on the imaginative and social qualities it has, it is reconfigured to interest the bigger marke ts. He proceeds to clarify that despite the fact that the artistes of the class may have yielded from this reconfiguring otherwise called commercialisms, the establishment that it is based on isn't appropriate for profession delayed existence.Take for example, Nature a not all that princely youngster wants o buy a Louis Button cowhide pack yet doesn't have $ISSUED to get it legitimately yet buys rather a less bona fide variant for $91ST. The knock-off is very like the legitimate form however it neglects to withstand the time as it isn't genuine calfskin and is in this way exhausted in 3 years, if to such an extent. Despite the fact that Nature got to parade her Louis Button pack without anybody getting it wasnt bona fide, it was short-lived.Should Nature have put resources into the credible one, there would have existed life span possibly up to her little girls twentieth birthday celebration! This solitary comes down to how a lot and precisely what worth is really observed in and put on or in an item. Moving along, Allen utilizes a stunning yet still justifiable correlation by alluding to the Euro-Americans method of subduing Caribbean music as the old fashioned abuse of sugar estates and work inside our Caribbean locale. This procedure just concretes the thought that culture and trade makes conflict. As he features that reggae music subcultures have been created in various nations other than Jamaica and there exists effective neighborhood understandings, for example, a collection by Twilight Circus from Holland entitled Volcanic Dub (2001). Allen has said that it contains names bona fide trademark: natural sonic surfaces made through dynamic remixing highlighted by reverberation, delay, venerate, different reversals of sound. In concurring with the creator, one needs to separate between music grasping and separating from the very structure of reggae.Further into conversation, Allen noticed the Pre-Marled Era where 1912 is the year refered to for our first global chronicle of Caribbean Music. Calypso apparently having a place o Trinidad started to be commercialese in manners that one couldn't imagine. The decades after World War II is the most clear with regards to the American appointment and commercialisms of calypso. For instance, one of the most renowned calypso melodies Rum and Coca Cola portrays the American nearness on the ere Andrews Sisters. However, the tune was initially distributed by Lord Invader in a leaflet in March 1943 however the Barbarian-conceived arranger of the first form Lionel Balance effectively sued in 1947 for copyright infringement (Cooley 1985, 9-28). Announced o have sold more than 5,000,000 duplicates in The Andrews Sisters form, verses have been changed fundamentally to speak to increasingly Western societies past our Caribbean Natters. Significantly another of Trinidad own Harry Flatten has experienced weakened Caribbean music because of globalization and centralization.Allen proceeds to talk about the ascent of reggae in the article and notices that Jamaican famous music needed quality in its personality until the backtalk alongside basic validity as a collection based classification until the promoting of The Wailers in the early backtalk. It is obvious that this prompted the metallization of Bob Marled, the class first genius. And, after its all said and done have Bob endured by the hands of commercialisms as l Shot the Sheriff has been reproduced by Eric Clayton and the Catch a Fire collection, by and by lacking reggae credibility to speak to the more extensive market. For example, Time Magazine announcing Exodus as the Best Album of the Century over a collection, for example, Legend, Inch can be concluded that Exodus is all the more engaging the crowd past our Caribbean waters. In view of this, to concur with t he creator one must ask, precisely owe does one recognize realness and if without the entrepreneur channels utilized if a few of us would even know about our unbelievable Bob Marled? On account of Barbados, Allen brings up that there has been noteworthy effect locally yet occasional any on the global market until recently.Historically, one of Barbados most significant melodic symbols is the late Jackie People the designer of a beat called life partner, which was planned to be their well known music yet never prospered because of Peoples early passing. Indeed, even the band ivory, with aims to make the band well known hello have mistakenly expressed to start from Australia. How unfortunate. Just as of not long ago have a Barbarian craftsman (Iranian) accomplished significant collection deals in America Inch started in 2005. Rupee has additionally esteemed to be a U.S Chart achievement however no place near the achievements accomplished by Iranian. Yet, and still, at the end of the day, Airmans music style doesn't speak to Barbarian melodic culture. Allen alludes to this case for instance of alocalization of the worldwide, which the content is come back to the essential wellspring of its business impact, America. The inquiry left to be posed, is there anything that attaches Iranian to Barbados? Her first collection, Music of the Sun appeals to the air of the Caribbean yet that is the extent that it goes as there is no proof in the music. She has even be erroneously recognized to be Jamaican and in endeavors to give her nationality, the Barbarian trident image has been put deliberately in her If its caring that you need music video. This is as much Barbarian culture that is imparted into the picture of Iranian. To close, Allen further communicates achievements of other Caribbean craftsmen developing on the planet racket however keeps on reimbursing the difficulties looked as centralization assumes a significant job in Caribbean Music being globalizes.

Malls in America

While watching an absolutist air, one’s brain, body and soul gets charmed inside their environmental factors. Richard Francaviglia features this point of view through his article â€Å"The Mall as Disneyland. † H e clarifies how Walt Disney’s Main Street USA has start the trend for all shopping centers around America since it fuses all viewpoints that lure one to enter this condition. David Guterson keeps up a comparative viewpoint corresponding to Francaviglia’s article. Guterson further illuminates the peruser in his article â€Å"The Mall as Prison† on the negative impacts the Mall of America has, contrasted with Disneyland. The past articles have given careful clarifications on the social air of shopping centers, while Lizabeth Cohen’s article â€Å"The Mall as Threat to Democratic Values,† addresses the lawful parts of shopping centers in America. Each article, despite the fact that not indistinguishable in their perspectives, are compelling in clarifying every angle a shopping center in America incorporates by utilizing solid proof to help each position kept up all through the articles. Walt Disney assumed a bigger job in American culture than simply giving amusement; numerous engineers go to his park, Main Street USA, for thoughts when they are structuring current American shopping centers. Walt Disney deliberately structured Main Street USA to make a blissful domain. He painstakingly structured every one of his modest communities to a particular component. One of those towns, Main Street USA, sole reason for existing was social communication. Shopping centers are a theoretical rebirth of Disney’s Main Street USA. As per Richard Francaviglia in his article â€Å"The Mall as Disneyland,† Disney’s Main Street doesn't include those inescapable administrations that demonstrate the opposite side, or darker sides of life. † He didn't have pool corridors, bars, or memorial service parlors in his town. Disney attempted to make dream work out. He utilized enchanted lighting to light up his town around evening time. By putting dynamic pictures in accurate spots he caused reality to seem cheerful. Like shopping centers today, Disney made his town so immaculate that individuals would not have any desire to leave. David Guterson’s account about the Mall of America dives into a few features that are inserted all through the shopping center both truly and intellectually. A clear portrayal about the mall’s inside structure causes the crowd to feel like they have visited the shopping center. Guterson portrays how individuals, exclusively and as a general public, are influenced mentally by this pseudo-city. The glory of the shopping center is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, top notch. Customers are attracted to visit in view of all the cutting edge decorations contained inside. A subject ark, arcade, several shops, and restaurants are the staples of the shopping center, yet the nurseries, blossoms, and trees characterize the shopping center as being â€Å"the elite. † The air made by joining â€Å"Mother Earth† with twentieth century innovation makes a specific persona to the shopping center and gives the customer an entirely agreeable spot to go through the day or perhaps days. In â€Å"The Mall as Disneyland† Disney himself doesn't show any type of clouded side of life, he made a preoccupied picture that it is so enticing to mistake for the real world. Central avenue USA isn't the main occurrence of a mall giving a substitute feeling of the real world. In David Guterson’s composing â€Å"The Mall as Prison†, shopping centers are contrasted with detainment facilities. Guterson expounds on how every shopping center can resemble a jail, or an ensnarement for the brain. There are, as Guterson brings up, no windows or timekeepers or whatever else to divert you from your shopping. Thusly you are devoured in the air which was worked for the sole motivation behind going through cash and not considering reality. In Lizabeth Cohen’s article she expresses the legitimate activities shopping centers need to suffer when gone up against with circumstances of free discourse and social class. Various social gatherings are not, at this point coordinated into focal buyer commercial centers yet rather are limited to separated retail organizations, portioned markets, and new chains of importance. In â€Å"The Mall as Disneyland† and â€Å"The Mall as A Prison† you are not constrained to open shopping centers, as indicated by your societal position. Everybody is dealt with similarly. Their principle objective is to devour you into their reality, the proprietors of the shopping centers have utilized business procedures to keep their open concentrated on a certain something; purchasing. By keeping you drew in with superb structures and incredible interruptions of light shows, cinemas, crazy ride and considerably more.

10 Steps to Ensure You Ace the LSAT

If you’re thinking about studying for the LSAT, or if you’ve already started, you might be feeling overwhelmed. That’s okay—everyone who studies for the LSAT feels that way at some point. But don’t worry. All you need to do is follow these top ten LSAT study tips and you’ll succeed on the day of the test. 1. Register for the LSAT. Your first step in preparing for the LSAT is to pick the LSAT test date that works best for you and register with the LSAC. This step is critical because by registering for the LSAT, you’ll lock yourself into a test date and you won’t be able to put off studying by always telling yourself there’s more time to study. It’ll also be easier to say no to those day trips to the beach or slopes, because you’ll know exactly how much time you have between you and the LSAT. To help you decide which LSAT test is best for you, you’ll need to make sure you have enough time to study. That bring us to tip #2—effectively setting your study schedule. hbspt.cta.load(58291, 'f5545361-1ed4-49ea-b537-3ac1931c8064', {}); 2. Block your study time early. Ideally, you’ll plan to study for the LSAT for at least two months, three months if you can. During these months, you want to study about 2 to 3 hours a day for at least 4 to 5 days a week. There’s no way around it—preparing for the LSAT is like adding another course to your semester. And the only way to succeed in your LSAT preparation is by blocking off your calendar accordingly. Look ahead to make sure you have enough time to dedicate to studying. You don’t want to find out a few weeks before the LSAT that you don’t have enough time to set yourself up for success. Setting and stick to a LSAT study plan will be essential to your success, so set your LSAT Study Schedules early. hbspt.cta.load(58291, '66fa8036-69b0-47c2-a2ce-65eb98b379fc', {}); 3. Pick the best study materials. Once you’ve decided on the best LSAT study schedule for you, you need to select the best study materials. Essential to your successful studying will be an LSAT prep book or two. There are a lot of books to choose from so save yourself some time by checking out this handy list of Best LSAT Prep Books. In addition to selecting a good book, you may also decide that a prep course is right for you. If you struggle with discipline or the thought of setting up your own course schedule overwhelms you, you can find a course with a set schedule. If you love flexibility or are fitting in LSAT prep around an already full schedule, you may find prepping online at your own pace works best. Either way, make your selection early and base it on what has worked well for you in the past. 4. Practice, Practice, Practice. You’ve selected your LSAT test date and you’ve purchased your study materials. You know what’s coming next—lots and lots of LSAT practice! To truly improve your performance on the LSAT, you’ll need to dedicate hours and hours to completing LSAT practice problems. You have to do this for a few reasons. First, you need to get familiar with how LSAT problems are structured and how the test creators will write questions and answers to try to trick you. Second, you have to see all the levels of difficulty that you’ll see on test day. Not every Logic Game or Logical Reasoning question is created equal. Your success will depend, in part, on how well you can recognize harder questions. You’ll want to skip these questions and come back to them if you have time. Finally, you want to be so familiar with LSAT test questions by the time the actual LSAT rolls around that you can tackle anything the LSAC creates. Another key part of your practice will be reviewing your wrong answers and taking practice tests (more on this in the next tip!). Knowing how to study for the LSAT is crucial and will help you make the most of your dedicated study time. So, before you start in on your hours of LSAT practice, check out How to Study for the LSAT to ensure you use your time effectively. 5. Take full length LSAT practice tests. Another part of your LSAT preparation that is essential to raising your LSAT score is taking full-length LSAT practice tests. As you’re staring down taking multiple practice LSATs, you’re probably wondering what kind of time commitment to expect. Check out How Long Is the LSAT? to learn more about what you’re in for. You should plan to take at least four, full-length practice tests. This means you’re looking at about 16 hours of multiple choice fun. Exciting, huh? Well, trust me, on the day of the LSAT, you’ll be so grateful for those 16 hours of prep time—the test structure, format, and timing will be so familiar to you, you’ll have no choice but to crush the LSAT. 6. Focus on LSAT Logical Reasoning. If you want to do well on the LSAT, you have to do well on Logical Reasoning. Why is that? Because Logical Reasoning makes up half of your score on the LSAT. Another way to think about how much Logical Reasoning is worth is to realize that any time you spent on Logical Reasoning has twice the value as any amount of time spent studying Logic Games or Reading Comprehension. That being said hbspt.cta.load(58291, '8faaf271-80cb-41b3-a622-71c8cc152e73', {}); 7. Don’t avoid your weak areas on the LSAT. While you want to spend extra time focusing on Logical Reasoning, this doesn’t mean you want to neglect any section of the LSAT. Although it can be tempting to skip over whatever the hardest section is—Logic Games for most students—don’t fall into this trap. Your weakest area when you’re starting out is also the area where you can gain the most points and see the biggest increase in your score. 8. Don’t skip the LSAT writing sample. Even though the LSAT writing sample doesn’t make up part of your LSAT score, this doesn’t mean it’s not important. Law schools may assess your writing sample when reviewing your records—you don’t want to miss out on another opportunity to impress the admissions team. On the other hand, you don’t need to spend a lot of time preparing for the writing sample. Just practice the writing sample every time you complete a practice test and you’ll be all set. 9. Prep for LSAT Test Day. To get the most out of your months of LSAT studying, you have to do well on test day. Easier said than done? Nope. Just plan out the logistics of the LSAT test day prior to the actual day of the test. Know how you are going to get to the test center and by when. Plan out your snacks and anything else you’d like to bring that the LSAC permits. By being prepared for the details of test day, you can focus on performing your best and scoring well. 10. Relax. You’re probably thinking, how can I relax when I have to pick a test date, a test site, study for months, and then sit for a four hour multiple choice exam? Fair point. However, it won’t matter how much studying you put in if you don’t have a chance to recharge and let your brain absorb what you’ve studied. Also, to do well on a timed test, you’re going to have to learn to relax even when you’re stressed. So, practice relaxing while you’re studying and taking practice tests so you can absorb more while you’re studying. You’ll end up doing your best on the day of the LSAT. Takeaway Succeeding on the LSAT consists of setting a game plan early on and sticking to that plan. By maintaining your focus—on both your strong and weak sections of the LSAT—you’ll be sure to rock the LSAT and get into the school of your dreams. Not only will Accepted help you with your law school application, but we’ll help increase your chances of receiving scholarships as well. However, negative effects associated with the modern technology are often pushed under the rag. Although there is a widespread acclamation for the use of modern technology, we ought to gain an appreciation of the negative effects imparted on humans by modern technology. The exposure to this technology is not restricted by age ands as thus, young children can also get exposed to this technology. Owing to its ready availability, technology can confer negative effects to children and teenagers who are naturally known to be explorers. The exploration nature of these young minds exposes them to technology and does not provide a safeguard against its harmful effects. A close analysis of technology reveals the manner in which it has affected general conduct among individuals. Of particular interest is the manner in which technology has affected attitudes, behavior and relationships. To clearly understand the effects that technology has on human relationships, we will now fine tune our discussing from the broad topic of technology and look at the social media as a component of technology. The social media is loosely defined as a platform that allows for information interchange between persons that are separated in space. This definition does not exclude the interchange of information that occurs between people that are in close proximity with each other. It is important to also add that the social media as a platform has been afforded success by the various innovations in the tech world. The social media comprises platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tagged, MySpace, Skype, among others . The internet and technology continue to experience accelerated growth. With the inventions pioneered by tech experts such as Steve Jobs and the continued innovation in the industry, there is no telling of the new spheres that technology will open up in the coming years. The society as we know it is rapidly changing as it experiences growth and there are no indications of its slowing down. The changes witnessed in the society emanate from the effects imparted on our lives by the internet and social networks. Inasmuch as these networks were created to enhance human relations, they have been able to do just the opposite. This new way of communication has successfully isolated people form their every day socialization and communication and has thrown them to a state of isolation which has further plunged them into loneliness. The social networks have also been instrumental in detracting people from face-to-face communication with their friends and family members.According to Turkle (2 010), the social networks were initially designed to make work easy. Instead of achieving this end, the computers have ended up connecting humans in a tethered network. Instead of keeping the computers busy, the computers have turned to keep humans busy. Turkle argues that the computers, networks and the internet often leaves its users spent. Human beings, being social animals are likely to feel lonely when they lack people to interact with. Social networks offer a temporary solution to the problem of loneliness. It offers a source of virtual friends who fill the user with a sense of comfort and companionship. However, this feeling is short-lived and leaves the user depressed and lonely. It is easy to find company online but this company is not real. People can enjoy continual connection with each other but its rare to have each others full attention. The users of these social sites have many encounters, friends are made and dropped along the way. This can be harmful to a persons mo rale especially when the person discovers that he has been dropped by so many people as friend. So many people are engaged in social networking, either by texting or chatting instead of going out to meet real people. This has affected the individuals communication and interpersonal skills. The social media also affects family relations. Children are introduced to messaging and texting at a very tender age. In this internet generation, messages are exchanged through facebook and other social networks. The social media has been known to cut into family time. Families no longer spend quality time together. These days, children and teens prefer online chatting and texting with family members instead of the traditional face to face communication. Families and real friendships are being destroyed by the social media because people are too distracted with the social media to pay attention to the people around them. The loose of crucial social interaction skill is yet another effect of the i nternet and social networks. For instance, teens and young adults are said to spend most of their time on social networks such as Skype, Facebook and Twitter. This causes them to lose some crucial socialization skills needed to sustain a healthy face-to-face communication. The social networks adversely affect its users because it promotes escapism; on these sites people can falsify their profile information so as to run away from the reality of their lives (Isaacson, 2011).. This is not healthy because after the user has logged out, he meets up with his real life, a situation that might cause depression. Ties formed on the social networks are not, at the end of the day, ties that bind. The effect of social networks can also be seen in the manner in which these networks affect love relationships. With the advent of social networking, maintaining a healthy love relationship has become a taunting task. Social networking fuels marriage break-ups and takes relationships away from its or iginality. Base love relationships are made and broken over these social networks. Emotions are hurt by these break-ups. Traditionally, people use to meet before they could enter into a love relationship. It is after people meet that they can be able to establish what they have in common. But in this technology age, people who have never met in person enter into relationships which never last. Healthy and budding relationships are affected by the scavengers that are found on these social sites. Oftentimes spouses have engaged in extra-marital affairs through social sites that encourage online dating. Infidelities caused by the social networks have led to many divorces and separations (Isaacson, 2011). The 24/7 FameAccording to Kirkpatrick (2011), in the earlier years of the tech era, people used to exchange emails anonymously. These people then started using their nicknames with the messages and this led to what we now know as social networks. The internet together with these networ ks has become an addictive electronic drug that keeps its users coming back for more. The internet has gained infamy for getting people hooked-up on poor habits that include addiction to pornography. The real cost of this addiction is evidenced by the number of and quality of relationships maintained by the user in the real world. The temptation presented by the social media for people to substitute physical relationships with electronic ones is deemed counterproductive. Too much electronic engagement leads to the development of social isolation.Social networks also provide an avenue through which people can vent and share their feelings. However, people are prone to abusing this provision and use the site to settle scores with people who have done them wrong. The sharing of personal information through social networks might lead to conflict among the parties concerned...
